Michael's personal journey, marked by the loss of his father and son, both named Paul, inspired a commitment to meaningful connections and purposeful careers.
Observing the legal industry's challenges, Michael recognized that many talented lawyers were not being developed effectively within their firms. He envisioned a system where technology and human insight converge to place the right people in the right environments, enhancing both individual fulfillment and organizational success.
