Michael's personal journey, marked by the loss of his father and son, both named Paul, inspired a commitment to meaningful connections and purposeful careers.

Observing the legal industry's challenges, Michael recognized that many talented lawyers were not being developed effectively within their firms. He envisioned a system where technology and human insight converge to place the right people in the right environments, enhancing both individual fulfillment and organizational success.

Partnering with technologist Nach, they developed the Talent Engine™—a platform that leverages AI and graph databases to map relationships among over 450,000 lawyers, encompassing 7.2 million connections.
